Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
- Packaging: Safety seals are not breached and product is in good condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Goods with damaged packaging but the content is in good condition.
- Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, intimate apparel) once they have been opened.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@realbeautyco.com to initiate the return process.
- Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@realbeautyco.com
- Full Refunds: If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if the item shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
- Free returns: You may be eligible for free return dependent on product, this will be confirmed once return ticket has been raised.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.
